1. Post Conflict Community Development (PCCD) - The PCCD Project aims to promote pro-social behavior among tri-people communities in selected barangays and municipalities in Central Mindanao. It includes strengthening of relations, interactions and ties within the community as well as between and amongst communities and attempts to gradually build up social cohesion towards developing shared values, challenges, aspirations and more access to opportunities among people in engaged communities. 2. Gender Focused Integrated Urban
Development Program (GFIUDP)
- This project aims to establish freeing mechanisms for urban poor women among selected poor communities in Davao City. [more]

3. Self Help Promotion for The Urban Poor
Communities in Southern Mindanao (SHEP)
- Equipped with the organizing experience for land tenure security, the program is anchored in organizing communities in danger areas facing threats of eviction and demolition either by force or by natural circumstances. [more]

4. Scaling up of the shelter delivery by the non government organizations in the Philippines. - MinLand is a sub-grantee of the nationwide project administered by the Foundation of the Urban for the Development of the Urban Poor (FDUP), the main grantee of the Argentine-based SELAVIP. The grant allows 3 technical staff to assist in the loan documentation of the urban poor communities applying for land under the government's Community Mortgage Program. [more]
